Because of the short week we have no spelling words. Thank you to those in my class who volunteered to cook the turkey for our feast tomorrow. Please make sure you get the turkeys in before 9 o'clock to make it easier on the people up front cutting them up. Have a good break and enjoy your Turkey Day.

Weekly Newsletter for 8/16/2010-8/20/2010
Welcome back to school parents and students, I hope everyone had a wonderful summer vacation. I am really looking forward to a wonderful 2010-2011 school year. This blog spot will be used generally as a weekly update for school and will have your childs spelling words up by week so you can see them. I will do my best to keep this blog updated please do your best to check it at least once a week to make sure you are up to date on assignments and important events.
Please make sure your child remembers our dress code: red, white or navy collared shirts with khaki or navy blue bottom. We are currently having a competition in class right now for dress code so please help your child dress appropriatley.
I encourage every student to bring a water bottle to keep at their desk since it is still very hot during the day. We are having PE twice a week Tuesday and Thursday and they will need water after being outside for PE. The students may take their water bottles with them to P.E.
We do have breakfast for your child at 8:30. Our lunch is at 12:05. Along with lunch we will usually have a break in the middle of the morning so please send your child with a snack for that time. Lunch can be bought at school or you may pack a lunch for your child.
Please feel free to contact me through the school at 721-4205 or email at bboice@lpatucson.org.
