Please make sure that the re-enrollment forms that were sent out last week get signed and returned by January 25 (Friday)!

Science Fair - Every one should be working on their science fair projects for the next few weeks at home. The project should be finished by February 5 and the following days is when everything is when it will be turned in.

What we are doing in class...
Math - Working with geometry; quadrilaterals, area of parallelograms, measurement in US units
Reading- The Giver chapter 13-16, Myths, Fables, Folklore
Writing - Persuasive writing, rough drafts, peer edit, final drafts

Re-enrollment forms were sent home last week to everyone, the purple La Paloma form, they need to be returned by the 25th of January if you are thinking of returning to La Paloma.  Do your best to get these forms turned in as soon as possible please.

Science Fair - The Science fair forms have been handed out to everyone this last week. It is very important that students conduct their work for this as on time as possible. Everything happens very quickly this year for science fair and in the next month all the parts of the project will be due. Attached to the packet is some general guidelines to follow as well as important dates to remember. Please make sure you have seen this packet.
